You can force health insurers to cover a broad range of issues, in complete compliance with the Central Plan, but you cant force them to pay. Ive already experienced this myself. Insurers can delay and delay, asking for more information, more documentation, more explanation, more paperwork, all in an effort to avoid paying and in the hope that both the consumers and the physician will give up. They do. I suspect that this in ever more common and will become more so in the future. If something is not economically viable -- and Obamacare is not -- companies will find the workaround, no matter what the law says.
