You can watch someone from a distance (as they dig a ditch perhaps?), tallking about how lazy they are, listing their poorest qualities, listing everything they ARE NOT.........or you can come alongside them and pick up a shovel & see them change before your eyes! You can take part in who they become. A true assessment today doesnt have to be true tomorrow. Help somebody re-write the outcome. How many times do we give up on someone too quickly or unknowingly cheer for them (or even set them up) to fail?
