You deserve to take some time for yourself to restore, de-stress and unwind. Kula offers 3 weeknight classes from 8:15-9:15pm designed to help you shed the day and take care of you. Join Lori on Monday nights for Slow Flow where you will spend more time working on poses and really getting to know modifications and alignment. Tuesday nights James will guide you through a series of low intensity movements guided by breath and moving mindfulness. The class ends with a short guided meditation. Thursday nights Lori will lead you through a Yin practice designed to work deeply into postures, ease tension and create space within. The addition of aromatherapy and hands-on assists to enhance the poses makes this a luxurious yoga class. This is a good time of year to unwind and release the stress so it doesnt build up.
