You gave me a forever within the numbered days. #THEFAULTINOURSTARS is like watching a second installment of a Walk to Remember. Two teenage cancer patients met, fell in love and had a whirlwind romance. End of story. The cancer is just an icing on the cake. The story was like a representation of all the oncology patients and families that I have met and counseled during my Hospice an Palliative Care rotation and I am happy they made this movie moreover the book for it shows the physical and emotional struggle of patients mostly the parents undergo which made me cry. It was cutesy and funny however it lack emotional depth. I did not feel the chemistry between the lead stars. If only they were like Marlon Brando and Vivien Leigh in A Street Car Named Desire, I could have bought the whole package. 2.5 out of 5 stars.
