You have probably seen the Camp Jihad video https://youtube/watch?v=aC1FR5VeuOk (approx 19 min) Perhaps you have wondered about the effect of this and similar documentaries about UNRWA? Let me tell you about the UNRWA Reform Initiative. UNRWA is, of course, not the only body infecting Palestine Arabs with hatred. But UNRWA is directly financed by Western governments and international bodies and is almost exclusively seen as a benign force for good (as opposed to Hamas and the PA, which are often criticized). The UNRWA reform project works with legislators to get them to agree that their funding of UNRWA should be made dependent on UNRWAs accountability, which is at present non-existent. So I think this is a great project because of its sharp focus and measurable outcomes. There are already specific plans over the next two months to distribute hundreds of free DVDs, briefing packs and digital presentations here in Israel as well as in Washington, Ottawa, London, Vienna, Brussels, Berne, Oslo and Canberra. In addition, the Center works with foreign diplomats and reporters in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, by holding briefings in the Knesset. I hope that at least some of our thousands of members will support it financially (cfnepr/205640/Support-Us) and/or indicate support to their legislators. Perhaps you can even get your countrys legislators to invite David Bedein and the Center For Near East Policy Research Lt to visit them.
