You have to love 8th Grade Science Projects! I had a great day today with Anna building a balloon car that had to travel 5 meters. See video. Her last project was to build a devise that would launch a marshmallow 5 ft and then 10 feet and all the way out to 40 ft. We designed and built a Roman catapult. She succeeded on the first try for all! Then came the big challenge - hit the headmaster with a marshmallow. Anna hit him square in the chest on the first try for an extra 10 points resulting in an A++! I love these special days with my daughter.
