Why on Gods green earth would we spend the hundreds of THOUSANDS of dollars changing and building our infrastructure on something that only happens rarely? If you would like to donate a salt or sand truck to the city and the (again) hundreds of THOUSANDS of pounds of salt or sand to cover the city and neighborhood streets, I invite you to do so. Quit complaining and enjoy your day off in this brilliant thing we call snow.
