You know its sad that Ive worked at several places as a caregiver and nurse aide. I gave up holidays, pulled doubles, gave forty a week and then some. Cared for others and their family like they were my own. And honestly, the best boss and management Ive ever had was working fast food. Management at Jacks understood my childrens needs. Worked with my schedule. And we were all a team..Almost like family.. It honestly disgusts me how Ive felt so under appreciated at these healthcare jobs. And how I do my best and its never enough. Theres always drama...and nobody seems to realize whats really important in this career field. College next year cannot come quick enough.
