You know recently Ive seen many posts about people having insomnia and not sleeping. Ill give a lil trick I use to go to sleep. I used this especially while I was in the hospital recovering from surgery, when I was dealing with pain and could not sleep for nothing. I would use this video to calm my mind. I still use this video every once in awhile with my headphones on while going to sleep. Hope it helps.
