You know, theres a big problem with having a super smart and super determined young GSD..... who seems to want me to PROVE that Im a good surgeon by continuing to have to stitch her up. An E-collar you say? Took her only 2-3 days to figure out how to wedge that thing to get access to her wound. A bite-not collar so she cant bend around to get to it? THAT took only 4-5 HOURS to show how limber she is and could contort herself in such a way as to access it. A bandage? That was chewed off while the bite not collar was on. So now the poor thing has BOTH the bite-not collar AND the E-collar on and is currently VERY depressed since she is now about 5 feet long..... :-)
