You know we love our intern Regan and celebrate her many accomplishments. As her middle school and high school public speaking / debate coach, I (Lauren) am especially thrilled when her presentation abilities are recognized by others. Today she is one of 2 debaters selected from the Cato Institute summer intern class to debate 2 interns from the Heritage Foundation on Libertarianism vs. Conservatism. (She beat out law school students for this role, which is incredibly impressive given that she just completed her sophomore year of college.) The debate will be viewed by a sizable DC audience as well streamed live online. Take a look and see why we rave about her so often!
