You know were big on encouraging you to adapt to and thrive with change, since nothing stays the same for even one second. Hows your adaptation going? Recently I experienced one of the biggest changes of all. My dad died quite suddenly. Sitting with him while he was on life support, amidst the grief and shock there was also great joy and peace. Being able to wish him well on his journey, to let go as gracefully as I could, and to support him for whatever is next was a blessing. As Sensei reminded me, using these circumstances as we use all of lifes, for the benefit of all beings. For awakening. Can you imagine? The grace of our teachers and the teachings made this possible. What a priceless treasure. What are you waiting for? Everything changes. And may we all be firmly established on the path of liberation. Lynn Hauka Board Member
