You know what. I am TOO please that Easter and 4/20 have fallen on the same day, and here is why. It has given me a sure-fire ability to see the difference between those who KNOW and HONOR God and those who just claim it when its a convenience. Now before any gets up in arms, let me explain. Today is Resurrection Sunday, and for those who us who KNOW and HONOR God, this day is the Highest Day that we experience. This is the day that Jesus paid all debts, wiped the slate clean, and stamped your ticket into Heaven, if only you will Honor Him in ALL your ways. So, this day should be nowhere on comparison with 4/20 and there are several reasons why, but Ill only touch on this simple fact. If you really KNOW God and allow his Presence in every aspect of your Life, there is no comparison to the High of the Holy Ghost. No drug can get you that high and feel you that much. And the only munchies you get afterward is the munchies for more of His Presence and more of His Will, Way and Word. So, for those of you going through your timeline, and you see someone who every other day is blessing God but today they talking about marijuana, and its illegal in the state their in, I would point you to Matthew 7:16. You will know them by their fruits. Someone who is blessing God, but proud and bold enough to encourage and celebrate illegal activity is a Fig tree trying to give you Apples. And if you think nothing is wrong with that, look to Mark 11:12 and see what Jesus did to the Fig that was trying to flower out of season. And anyone who does participate in 4/20, know that I am not judging you. I am speaking on the Word and the fact that we people who call ourselves the People of God are called to a higher standard. And before you say anything about God made marijuana it grows naturally etc., let me refer you to Romans 13. Read the entire thing and understand that God has commanded you to obey His law as well as the law of the Land, which he has allowed to be in place. And Im off my soapbox.
