You know you are right, people who make fitness and health a HUGE part of their life are conceded, they are self absorbed, they do look in the mirror. Thats the god damn point, taking care of yourself, creating the body you are comfortable in and challenging yourself mentally and physically. So you know what, I like the way I look, I feel confident in myself, and from time to time, yea....you will see me looking in the mirror. Because I rather take care of myself and do what I love, then to build up internal regret because im not ok with my health and bodily shape. Call me a meathead, call me whatever...because you are right, I love this shit! Take pride in taking care of your body, you would be surprised on who it may motivate and inspire!
