You may be bigger than me, jump higher and have been given all of the opportunities...but you wont beat me. People may think you are the next big thing or a guaranteed star...but you will not beat me. What you dont see when you look at me is the size of my heart, the depth of my hunger and the intensity of my work ethic. My heart is bigger than your potential. My hunger will snack on your talent. As for my work ethic? I am that player you heard about, you know the one...the one who is still shooting when you think youve done enough. The one who is still running when youve already quit. The one who squeezes the juice out of every single second, every single day because I know it will make me better. Dont take it personally, but nobody ever gave me anything for free and I was never expected to make it even this far - and Ive only just begun. I beat the odds because I consistently outwork them. Every single day. Im fuelled by a fire inside me that is greater than me alone and will not let me quit. So, as long as there is life in my body...I refuse to lose. Check ball...
