You may buy 2001: A Space Odyssey DVD or download its Blu-ray print on the Internet for free, but you could never ever buy the last 30 minutes of 2001 A Space Odyssey, not with the paper money or electronic virtual money weve created. You need to watch it over and over to get its hidden meaning, you may find it boring or you may even fall asleep while watching this movie but youre missing a perfectionist-human-brain-in-the-name-of-a-moviemakers greatest interpretation ever on Humanitys evolution on this tiny blue marble. Who knows if it was the highest form of Alien intelligence in the dark infinity which made Kubrick to make this movie for us and he was finally taken over by them as shown in the ending and returned him to the Earth as star child gazing at us just above the Earth. The best thing about this cinematic art piece is that you will feel more privileged to get to know the depth of Stanley Kubrick s understanding of why are we even here and what are we doing and where the technology is leading us to and how it almost tried to replace us in a failed attempt. The last 15 minutes of the movie gives you chills if it is the nth time youre watching it over; because it just keeps getting better and better. I am afraid if there is nothing you could grasp after watching this movie, then you maybe missing the greatest cult film ever made which is beyond ordinary human understanding!
