You may not give a lot of thought to the chairs you sit on, but these chairs have a lot of history and imagination behind them. All of the seating at Joes Farm Grill are Emeco Chairs. Emeco produces all of their products in the USA. The famous Navy Chair was first developed by Emeco for use on submarines. In our dining room we have a version of the Navy Chair that is made from 111 recycled PET bottles. The Emeco Bar Stools were a partnership between Philippe Starck and Emeco at the request of the Modern Museum of Art. They are made of 80% recycled aluminum. All of our outdoor seating is another Philippe Starck and Emeco partnership - The Broom Stacking Chair. The broom part of the name is because these are made from 90% industrial waste; 75% waste polypropylene, and 15% reclaimed wood fiber. Waste that would normally be swept in to the trash, made into beautiful and lasting furniture. Come on in and have a seat.
