You now, two scenes in two completely different films were very good representations of how I sometimes think of the spirit leaving the human body and going back to the spirit world. They were not meant specifically to show that, (except maybe Mothman) but nevertheless ended up looking that way ... both were very brief and fleeting scenes. The first was in The Mothman Prophecies when Richard Geres characters wife dies and he is out on a park bench sitting thinking. He feels something behind him turns around and the camera pans up very high above him as if his wifes spirit is traveling off ... The second is in Blade Runner at the end when Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer the actor) sits down to die with a dove in his hands and after he dies the dove is shown flying from his hands up and up and up. Its interesting how often we think of our spirits as going up when we leave the body. Have you watched a scene in a film that reminded you of this experience too? If so which scene and what films(s)?
