You really wanna know what destroys her trust? How you talk to so many girls. Like, if she were to look at your inbox on your phone, it would be mostly girls, maybe a guy or two. If she were to go on your Facebook account, she would mostly see girls writing on your wall or liking your statuses, and you giving them more attention that you give her, and you expect her to trust you! no dude, it wont work like that. You better treat your girl right and prove you respect her.
