(Matthew 16:13-20) Christ was attentive to their responses exemplifying the need for feedback as we live our lives. We, human beings, also need feedback. We should, from time to time, do self-evaluation. You think you are so sure of personality but you might be shocked when you hear peoples views about your person. Even organisations appreciate the importance of feeback in shaping their marketing strategies or knowing their stage in the product lifecycle. Sometimes, due to your position of authority, this might not be expressive so as not to be seen as confrontational, hence an individual must also observe his or her surroundings to decode the inherent messages. Suffice to add that caring about what people say should not be the basis for your living but a necessity for self-evaluation, that is to adjust where need be. Care about peoples feedback.
