You will see the light at the end of the tunnel Really. You will, no matter what you think, or how horrible you feel. Be certain that your pain and trouble it not forever. It sounds trite, but like many expressions that become clinching, there’s so much truth to it that people repeat it for its wisdom. You will see the light at the end of the tunnel, and yes, there really is an end to the worst times, no matter how endless they feel. Focus on the good things in your life because like fear, things for which to be grateful are just as real. Don’t focus solely on what you may have temporarily lost, when you must also recognize that the good is just as real as what’s bad. Sometimes the best way to forget your own troubles is to extend a hand to someone who is worse off than you are (and though you may not believe it, there are many, many people out there who have it worst than you!) Extend a hand in friendship. Do what you can to lighten the load of someone else. Even little things, small gestures, a few comforting words for hard times can make another persons burden lighter. That can only do your own soul good. Karma exists; the good you do will come back to you, so don’t be stingy for Allah sees and hears all things and He is most generous!
