You would think a year after treatment things would be much less busy than they are... Last night at 8pm we had a MRI appt for a brain scan to see if things have stabilized. Next week we see a pain management specialist to see if we can find a way to get this pain under control. Then we see his PCP who coordinates his various specialist. We need to get it to see the audiologist to have Jeremys hearing aids adjusted as his hearing gradually gets worse over time, and we have a full day of new scans and tests on the book for the first week in December. As other cancer survivors know, the battle doesnt end after chemo does. I think its just starting to hit us all that this is a long haul battle, but we are happy to still be battling and living life day by day! Thank you Mary for the Legos, they really help Jeremy pass the time enjoyably!
