Matters of national importance and policy are impacted on an ongoing basis in the organization which serves as Think Tank comprised of young persons. Basic Criteria for levels of membership: Regular Membership: 3 Year Degree (or equivalent academic qualifications) 2 Years Working Experience OR 5 Years Working Experience in one specific field Student Membership: 3 Year Degree (or equivalent academic qualifications) Current enrolment in an additional program (Bachelors or Masters) OR 2 Years Working Experience Current enrolment in an additional program (Bachelors or Masters) Note: This organization is aligned to the Peoples National Movement, however is not a constitutional arm of the Party, thus joining the PNM is not required and statements made by Heliconia Foundation is independent of the Partys decisions/views.
