Younique is such an upstanding company: We had more than a 400% growth increase this week from last week! Incredible! While our recent monster growth is awesome and great news!!!... It has put us in a situation where we are dangerously low on our eye brushes stock. We have already begun production of restocking our supply, but it is still a couple weeks out before we have them all in stock. To preserve the remaining stock for collections we are making an immediate change to the Presenter Kits which is actually a beneficial and generous one in hopes to more than compensate any inconvenience. As you know the June kit is suppose to include 15 shimmer tester pigments, 5 tester blushers, 6 tester concealers, 3D Fiber Lashes, and the Eye Brush set. We are now having the June Presenter kits instead include all 30 pigments (instead of only the 15 shimmer pigments) in place of the Eye Brush set. We will include a letter in the Presenter kits so they know that it is not a mistake but rather a “freebie” to them from us because our in-supply stock of Eye Brushes is very low, as we anticipate our eye brushes will be in stock very soon! Please note, that we will also be sending them the Eye Brush set when the new stock arrives in a couple weeks. In this letter we will also apologize for the inconvenience and hope that our gift of the 15 matte pigments ($75 value) in addition to the brushes coming later, helps make up for this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding as we do a more diligent job of anticipating this kind of monster growth! Wow! Great customer service!!
