Your Qualification does not guarantee you your Career. Having a qualification does not mean after graduating you go straight to work place. Is one of the realities those who graduating starting from tomorrow should comprehend- After being made aware of such realities- I made sure before I graduate for my Diploma-i sharpen my communication skills,problem-solving skills,negotiation skills, and, since I was pursuing a PR Diploma, I knew very well I had to master and understand how journalist function and how to convey information to them- I started reading news and watching news (to familiarize myself with what is happening around the world) ,practicing how to write press release and learning how to gather media list. All this afforded me an opportunity to be employed by the university,vut fm,Bataung Holdings,MCD training centre and soweto today newspaper (community newspaper). To all students graduating this week- all of you deserve a bells. So looking forward to graduate for my PR B-Tech friday. All fighters must be wearing Red on friday at 2pm, before I enter the hall to collect my degree. Salute!
