Your life has purpose! By: Josh Clevenger Timothy 1:6 “Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” Sometimes in life, things can become stagnant and everything seems to have lost its luster. Life can become mundane in nature and we can lose that zest for life. In our walk with the Lord, we can lose our excitement for our Lord and for our life with Him. It is not wrong but simply the result of living and maintaining flesh and blood. In those moments of great despair remember that Jesus laid down His own life for you. Your life is a reflection of perfection and is a reminder of God’s love to everyone around you. Your life has purpose and it is not a mistake. You may feel depressed today but remember the investment of Jesus in you. The price of Jesus was His own life and He willing laid down His life for you. You are the reason why the Son was sent and the reason why the sun sets. God loves you and His love will revive your desire for life. I speak life into you by reminding you that Jesus loves you with a great intensity. Stir up the love of the Lord inside of you by reminding yourself that God sent Jesus to free you from all sin. Rejoice today because you are loved.
