(NLT) ( Ecclesiastes 5:12 ) A good sleep does always come after a physically exhausting day. Theres nothing like a good nights rest when you wake energized and refreshed in the morning. However, if you are unable to sleep because you are kept awake at 3:15 a.m. worrying about possessions, you may want to take a closer look at your priorities. Is that possession really worth what it is costing you in sleep every night, patience towards others, or attitude during the day? When friends get together each encounter promises to hold a time of connection. Sometimes we need to vent and release emotions but if we arent careful we can leave them feeling burdened and drained. When you connect with your friends, do they walk away refreshed and thankful for your love? What act of kindness could you do for a friend today to lift them up
