Your pastor would be much more effective if youd stop expecting him to act like a pastor and let him act like Jesus! I have found its easier to act like Jesus than it is to behave like most parishioners believe a pastor ought to behave. Everyone in the church is expected to and can confess their sins...except the pastor. If he does, hes selling cars on Monday! 1700 pastors every month leave the ministry. Sad.
