Your tracking tool REQUIRES the TRACKING NUMBER AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS associated with the order. ORDINARILY, the email address is provided during the order process and the tracking number is associated with that email. SINCE the replacement was not done through the regular order process, whoever processed the replacement didnt associate the order with my email. Whoever that might be overlooked this fact about your TRACKING SYTEM. PLEASE try ordering from LAZADA and track the ORDER. IF YOU HAD ordered and tracked from lazada, you would be familiar.
