Youve probably never seen this before. ....Scott Lindsey of the Alaska-Pacific River Forecast Center watched some Caribou move down the Upper Yukon River yesterday on an ice sheet. Meanwhile, minor flooding of low-land areas is being reported, but so far, this is not a repeat of 2013s catastrophic breakup flooding. A Flood Advisory was posted for Circle.
