The dancing, the vitendawilis, the colourful campaigning, the works. . . I fondly remember the way you made the famous Cockerel salivate for you. It swallowed you whole, but you proved indigestibe. The subsequent constipation that followed forced the Cockerel to throw you up, plus other foods (Saitoti, Kamotho, Balala, Kalonzo) that it had swallowed. And that was the end of the Cockerels great rein. But the unfortunate thing is, you were simply not born to lead. You see, the neophytes who came after you had blazed the trail in politics, are at the pinacle of power. Thats humiliating for an international stateman like you. If i were, id kindly bow out.
