As of today (19th July 2013) … its exactly 12 days remaining to the registration deadline of all SIM Cards as required by the regulator Rwanda Utilities and Regulatory Agency. You MUST register all your SIM Cards including those for your modems, I-Pads, Tablets, Laptops with inbuilt SIM Modems and every gadget that uses SIM cards … in order to avoid being disconnected. If you are in the Rwandan Diaspora please send us your national ID image in PDF format through [email protected].
