#ZEBRAS SAGA As of Monday evening, the flight tickets & accommodation were not paid for. The Zebras have to travel to play Guinea Bissau this weekend & were scheduled to leave on Tuesday. The reason for delay is because the Ministry of Youth Sports & Culture havent paid. As you may be aware, when national team travels government takes care of the costs. Now they havent paid, said a source. Reports emerging from Lekidi are that since last week government has not been forthcoming with reasons for delay. The Zebras coach, Peter James Butler, is reportedly agitated about the issue as it will affect his plans. There is speculation that some at the government enclave havent received the FIFA ultimatum on constituency league well, hence the delay in payment.
