ZEN FITS So a lady from a nearby town called me this morning to find out about my meditation class for stress that was advertised. We talked for some time after I told her that I offer no classes here, but talk is free. She is going through a change in her life now, and as we talked it came out that—I had no idea where the ad came from—that it was clipped from a local newspaper (that she doesnt subscribe to) ten years ago and put in an envelope where it was forgotten, and for no reason that envelope appeared today, and she called the number on a spur of the moment. She said she got goosebumps as the trail from this forgotten ad was revealed. After our talk I went into the kitchen to find a broken cup on the slate floor that had dropped from a secure cup holder next to the coffee maker.
