ZOU GRADUATES POORLY TRAINED .....UNEMPLOYABLE .... It has emerged that graduates from Zimbabwes Open University are poorly trained and the Civil Service Commission declined to employ them even though they had been capped by the chancellor . If this is not embarrassing , then we must be a shameless nation . HIGHER and Tertiary Education deputy minister Godfrey Gandawa told Senate last Thursday that the government was planning to retrain all graduates who obtained diplomas in education at the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) after it emerged they lacked practical exposure.
