ZZ UPDATE: Our Littlest Cupid returned home on Friday after two full days of constant treatment and monitoring at the vet last week. While the extent of his health concerns are not clear yet, he is making improvement by eating regularly (loves pumpkin!) and staying toasty warm. ZZ is still experiencing some intestinal distress though we are happy to report things are moving through that department. ;) He is also urinating consistently on his own and maintaining hydration well. Our boy is still weak but will toddle around in his little sweater for short spurts before curling back up into a blanket. Our trusted veterinarians believe he may have congenital issues...his body is underdeveloped on the inside, too, and may not function well on its own so we are in a coin flip situation right now. Foster mom will continue to provide round-the-clock care until we know more. Please keep ZZ and those who care for him in their thoughts.
