Zaks Fact of the Day: Have you ever wrote and awesome status on Facebook with the hopes of everyone seeing it but you get hardly any response? Well Facebook doesnt work this way. When you post something, it only goes out to a small fraction of your friends news feeds. If people like it, then its spreads to more. Now similar to how chat pushes the more favourite chatter to the top, this works for people liking your post. But what if you dont like someone stuff, well eventually that person will just disappear forever from your news feed. This plays in part of FBs business model, that if you want more people to see your posts, you have to pay for it. So for the non payers out there that want to always see someones stuff, it pays to like!
