Zion will be 13 years old tomorrow. Today I was reminded about the blessing that he is to Chad Cook and I. Today he stayed home. His attitude was pretty crummy. Most of the day he was a wreck. He couldnt stop thinking about possibly missing his school basketball game on Thursday. Tonight, during our evening prayer I asked that God would give us renewed attitudes for the days ahead. Later that night I looked on my phone and Zion had sent me a text from his room. It read, thanks for the grace today. #blessedbymy13yearold
