Zoe-The Life of God (John 10:10 NKJV) The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. Jesus came that we may have life and have it more abundantly. The life that Jesus came to give is often referred to as eternal life in the Bible. This life is Zoe - the God kind of life. Zoe is what God is full of. It is the nature of God. Everything God is comes as a result of Zoe. God is who He is because of Zoe. And that is why you became like God when you got saved. You received the nature of God into your spirit. You were recreated to be like God. The life of God, Zoe, flows through you. That life has the effect of radically transforming your life just like it radically transformed your spirit. The life of God entered your spirit and eradicated every trace of death in your spirit. Wherever life is, death is consumed. Wherever life is, sicknesses and disease are consumed. Life consumes darkness and brings light. You can choose to let that life radically transform your life. Let it flow from your spirit and affect every aspect of your life. Because you have life, you can speak life. Life can be released through the words of your mouth. Dont allow death anywhere around you. Release the life and let it be on display all around you. Daily Scripture Reading: John 10:1-21 MY DAILY CONFESSION I am a New Creation in Christ Jesus. I am born of God and born by His Spirit. I am recreated in the image and likeness of God. I am just like Him. Zoe, the life of God, flows in me. I am a New Creation. The old man has gone, the new me has come. I have been crucified with Christ. I died with Him. I was buried with Him. I was justified in the spirit with Him. I was made alive with Him. I ascended with Him, far above principalities and powers. I am now seated with Him in heavenly places. I have a new nature and a new identity. The life of God is at work in me. The love of God is my new nature. I have the nature of love and faith as God has it. The forces of God flow out of me continually. The force of joy is in me. Peace, patience, meekness and self-control find expression through me. I am a spirit, I have a soul and live in a body. I feed my spirit with the Word of God. I renew my mind with the Word. I subject my flesh to the supremacy of my spirit. I am not body-ruled or carnal. I grow in the spirit and in grace. I am full of the Spirit of the living God. I walk in divine authority and divine ability. God is at work in me. I display God in this natural world. I represent Him adequately. I am a kind of being that has never existed before. The old has passed and everything is now new. My old life is gone and the life that I now live is a shared life with Christ. All things are indeed new!
