Zombie Apocalypse bug out camper - $44900 (Wasilla) The truck started out as an M36A2 and had a box added to it at the factory to re-designate it as an M46A2 (Mobil Water Filtration Plant). The truck is a long wheel-base model. The living area, on the back is roughly 18 feet long. There is a single bed over the cab of the truck. There is a full size fridge and full size kitchen sink inside. Microwave and toaster oven come with the truck. There is a 12 gallon hot water heater under the sink. The camper has bathroom with shower. There are two good size closets inside and a large pantry. All drawers and doors have door catches so they will stay closed whilst moving. All the lighting inside is LED which are very bright with a low power draw -- and very expensive in initial cost! There is a four speaker sound system inside with amp. Two locking Kobalt hutches built in to the drivers side of the camper and full size hidden gun safe rounds out the interior mods. The factory heating/Air conditioning unit is still installed and works great. In addition, we went over-board on the insulation in the living quarters. The insulation has been one of the most expensive and over-done mods to this truck but it holds the heat amazingly well and stays nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The truck, has a new 6 cylinder Hercules Multi-Fuel engine installed. The engine will run on Diesel, Kerosene, used motor oil, used trans fluid and Gasoline when mixed with any of the others. The clutch is also new. All fluids from the winch case to the rear differential have been replaced. The winch on the front bumper is a 10000 pound unit with new shear pins installed and works great. It has a 200 foot cable and a snatch block and some chain is included. There is also a full set of tire chains included with the truck that I have never used. The truck handles great on snow and ice and I havent needed to try it with chains. The tires are 10X20 All terrains and are new as are the tubes and flaps in them. They all hold air fine with no leak downs. I have installed extra air tanks to the truck to bring the capacity up to 15 gallons. There is an onboard generator with a Briggs engine mounted to the drivers side. The generator has a 20 gallon fuel tank and takes gasoline. It is a 4500 watt unit and runs perfectly. It has no problem running the camper with everything turned on. The back of the truck has custom built and removable (six pins) storage rack that holds 4 large tough boxes (included) and eight 5 gallon fuel cans (included). There are two large baskets at the top to hold gear and a fold down ladder to access the top. I have installed a Class 5 receiver hitch so it can tow anything. The truck also still has the factory pintle receiver hitch. The front axle has manual lock hubs installed on it which makes steering this truck much easier. I still have the factory hubs also if needed. The Deuce has a brand new muffler that I installed last year. The inside of the cab has been all redone from top to bottom. The cab was stripped bare and then repainted. Then the entire thing minus the dash was bed-lined. The top half has been insulated and sound deadened. A custom overhead console was built to hold the cab wiring, four speakers, guages, and the stereo system. The truck has new adjustable seats out of a Chevy Silverado that were chosen so that the truck would have operational seat belts. The heater works great and the heater core and motor were recently torn down and cleaned. The factory horn is still installed but has been paired with an after market train horn to really get your point across. All filters in the truck are new and I have several spares as well as a complete engine gasket set. The turbo and air compressor are new and I also have a spare turbo. Both are the highly coveted C model turbos known for their loud whistle. The power in this engine has been turned up slightly and a Pyrometer and boost guage have been added to keep an eye on the engine. The intake pre-heater works well and makes a real difference in winter start up. The truck has new Optima Batteries all the way around. The lights are all LED to include the headlights and are incredibly bright. The fog lights above the cab are insane and light up the road very well. I built the cage around them to protect them from branches and it works great. What needs fixed? 1. The parking brake cable needs replaced and a new handle needs installed. I have the cable. 2. There is a crack in the upper radiator neck and sometimes it leaks. It can be easily brazed (I dont know how to do this) or a complete replacement would be cheap and very easy. 3. The AC cover is laying along the road somewhere in Canada and so is the escape hatch cover. As they were not micro-chipped, they have not been returned. LOL Any RV supply shop will have these items. Extras that come with it- 1. Complete set of snow chains (nearly $1000) 2. Pneumatic/Hydraulic 20 ton bottle Jack ($300) 3. Briggs & Stratton Gen Set ($600) 4. Four Pelican Tuff Boxes ($150+) each 5. Lug nut isolator tool ($190) 6. 3/4 Socket set ($400) 7. New spare passenger door ($200) 8. Two replacement Windshields ($50 each) Plus many other things Reasonable offers or trades for land in AK, OR, WA will be considered.
