a customer service rep told me that my account was to be credited 190. 92. i had 3 different reps read the exact notes to me. now all of a sudden the 3rd financial advisor doesnt see the notation on my account after i told him that i expect to have the credit that he read to me the first 5 mins of our 45 mins phone conversation that the other rep had written. NOW all of a sudden what that rep had wrote was never there. Tisk risk tmobile. This makes me very happy that i am no longer a customer to you.
