a number a days ago i had started to make rules for elite taxi! Rules of Elite Taxi Kalamazoo City 1. All prices set and control by the city of Kalamazoo. 2. Drivers and owner are license by the city of Kalamazoo 3. All drivers must keep the taxicab clean at all time. (inside & outside) 4. Driver must be clean. (Bath daily) cloths also must be clean. 5. With a time order driver must be there 10 to 15 Min before time. 6. No passenger can ride in front seat. 7. No eating, No drinking and no smoking within taxicab at all time. 8. All passengers leaving city limit must pay before leaving . 9. All passengers making more than one stop, must pay first before starting the run. 10. Driver will open door for passenger. 11. Driver will follow the laws of city and state. 12. Driver will not over load the taxicab. 13. The taximeter will be running at all time when hired. 14. Driver will check to see if passenger can pay fair before leaving starting point. 15. This company will work the downtown area. And airport as needed. 16. Driver need to have cell phone for work! Business cards in order to get call back! 17. Driver need to keep a daily log of pickup, down off and other fees. 18. This company is driver/owner 19. Helpful and friendly (we don’t give money away) 20. After big runs driver will make a money drop in order not to have over $15.00 in change. 21. Driver wait up to 3 to 5 min before starting the meter. (waiting time) 22. No show address will not service 23. Canx a ride before driver get there tip for fuel cost. After driver get on site, wait time plus tip for fuel cost. 24. Canx a ride 30 min or more before pickup time no charge unless already waiting. 25. Change of pickup time 30 min or more before! no charge! 26. All items fond by driver will get turn over to KPS daily. We do not hold Items! 27. If we find an item(s) in the taxicab before leaving the area will return at cost of fuel.(tip) 28. The taxi meter work by run time plus traveling distance. 29. Driver will not do anything to get the company pull out of a place. 30. If the driver don’t feel right about picking up a person or at a place he/she can past on it! 31. We do not go to closed local! No lights! 32. In the uplander (2008) max 4 passengers ( not more then 4) 33. We do not leave the taxicab in unsafe local. 34. When turning taxicab in! all personnel item need to be remove. Top off tank with fuel. 35. Rules are setup for best of all.
