a part of my novel.. I knocked the door but none responded, i did it harder I hurt my knuckles but silence prevailed. Hey! Hellen ranted. Can you please... No she interrupted, Do you remember last time? Yes, but.. I responded in such a tone that would convert enemity to friendship almost immediately. But, she did not even gave ears to my apologies. Get lost! She ranted, her voice charged with terror. Her eyes studied me over the glasses, precariously balanced over her bony nose bridge. She pouted out her thin lips, sneared, then, so tempered, did a skilfull U-turn towards the door. I helplessly watched her prancing seductively as she swayed her flat, firm backside. She then banged the door shut behind her. I soliloquid, ...my personal calamities and predicaments often do confront me with my limitations, making me acutely aware of how desperate i need the help of those I disregarded in the past... I then left with regret.
