a well-known imaam buried his wife yesterday who succummed to the poison of a blavk widow spider.we have two poisonous spiders in our area.....1.black widow and 2.violin spider.the widow is found in dark,moist places such as water supply valves at houses or even in the distribution boxes etc.it has a neurotoxic poison which will attack the nervous sytem,causing the victims breathing and heart to stop.everybody knows its hourglass shape on its belly to id the bugger.but little is known about the violin spider.....it is shaped like a violin with the two front legs pointing forward like the violin.it is found in cupboards and any dark places within the home.it does not spin a web.its poison is a sitotoxic poison which will form a pimple that itches just like a mosquito bite,but will later form a sore which will turn septic.the poison attacks the tissue of the victim,which can turn into gangrene and the victim looses a limb.
