about had it with virgin mobile my phone just stopped working after only owning it for a few months i contacted them on may 24th and they said they would send a new battery I told them no i want a whole new phone because its the charger port part thats messed up on the phone. told me it would be 3-5 days ok great new phone on the way.. NOPE its now june 10 they still say its out of stock but i can go to there web site and the phone in another color is in stock jsut send me a damn phone already.. and then they even say i own for my next months bill NOPE you owe me time back im not paying anything untill i have a phone and use the time they owe me.. oh and each time i call there like oh 3-5 days we will put a rush on it.. ya ok
