after extensively listening to all things CBC Radio i think the Canadian government should cut all music radio programming & re distribute the music programming funding to established volunteer based campus & co-op radio cross country, which has a more in touch life view of current arts&culture + community youth minority lgbt n experimental programming than CBC Radios aging out of touch salary based staff could ever hope to be. CBC Radios only saving grace is their website which assists Canadian artists get the good word out but that website could be curated by any compentent campus music programmer and local web development team and with the added available Government funds campus&co-op radio could improve operations & infrastructure & expand signal strength & employ youth nation wide instead of funding uninterested union staff & under paid culture lovers without a voice in the CBC Radio machine. i love ma friends who work for CBC Radio but yo overall output across the board is #basic cc: CBC Radio 2 (Official) CBC Radio 3 CBC Radio: The Current CBC Radio West CBC Radio 2 Drive CBC Radio 2 Morning Q on CBC Radio Cbc Radio Canada CBC Radio 2 Tempo Stephen Harper (ps CBC Radio News is as terrible compared to anything else available in the modern news world but i understand the need for a national news service so keep it ya old timers who believe radio news is accurate still)
