after the UCL s quarter final draw, my news feeds ve been cramped with pessimism when thinking of Uniteds incoming opponent: Bayern Munchen. To be honest, whats wrong with facing the UCLs favorite title contender? Reasons: 1, Since Champions League was born, no team has ever retained the title for 2 consecutive years. History has its own weights. Disqualifying BM means we can write on this kinda tradition ;) 2, Bayern Munchen is superrr strong while United now is just a shadow of themselves but the result is only determined once the ref has blown the final whistle of the 2nd game on Wed, 8/4. Why so worried? If desiring for UCL, theres no way we can avoid the superior so why not facing them soon to prepare ourselves? 3, we, United fans, cannot forget how our team clinched UCL back in 98-99 and how BMve defeated Utd since then. So, its time for revenge. Do not underestimate the underdogs! Once pushed to the limits, United ll return to their true-selves. Finally, keep calm and love United :) if u cannot be on your lovers side when in need, stay away from them while they claim victory !
