Well it looks and sounds good on our end. We ran all the tests that its ok. ... Hmmmm but it aint on this end !!! So theyll send out a new modem. Hmmmm and thats gonna fix the phone line too ???? So theyll send that thing that goes between the wall and phone to connect the phone too. Hmmmm .... this happened once a long time ago and there was something wrong in the box outside. And it really sounds like the same thing. Hmmmmmm Hopefully Tuesday when I get the modem and thing it will fix this ... cuz its so bad Im having to go to library to do much of anything .....
