and Dennis Schebler Sr finally got the news we have been waiting for, we finally get to sign papers today for our house, yes it is the 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 living rooms, dining room, laundry room and kitchen, front screened in porch 12x50 and back deck is same measurements but it is not screened in yet, metal green roof too, 2 air cond-units, fire place in 1 of the living rooms, oh man and all the rooms have huge walk in closets. Now, we have another hot tub and the best thing is that our plontoon boat has its own boat slip in water and golf cart to get from house to boat slip. Me and Rebecca Boyd have been packing up this house for about 4 days now and man is it sounding empty, lol. Have to use Becky as much as I can before she is off on a plane to California and then on a road trip back to Georgia for a couple weeks or more. She is going to have a blast seeing where we used to live in Lucerne, the redwoods and San Francisco and so much more. Great things are happening since we got back from Maui (we posted lots of pictures of Maui). Enjoy.
