and did you know that there is such a thing called cellulose powder ? - do not use shredded cheeses anymore - it is not digestible - and it is used to absorb the moisture in packaging. USE CHEESE the way it was made - in a block - and remember you can cut it, shred it, crumble it yourself ! ! - protect yourself from the additives ! ! * no wonder I got sick in 2008 ! ! - w/ an undisclosed/recognized total body infection - makes me mad ! !
